Deputy_Project_Manager

Education level: At least Bachelor’s Degree of Construction Engineering or similar.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction sector
Minim 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office softwares including MS Project, AutoCAD. (Primavera usage is an advantage)
Training courses: Management, Project Management.
Legislation: Knowledge of all specifications related to the construction works to be implemented within the scope of the project including FIDIC Yellow Book.
Written and verbal communication skills in English at least intermediate level.
Working in good coordination with Project Manager.
Very good skills in organizing, planning and prioritizing work tasks
Flexibility and availability to work on site.
Having a good attitude and to share all information within the scope of the work to the other team members.
Ability to set up and conduct good communication within the team, all the parties related to the work and collaborating in a good manner
Eagerness to cooperate and to be successful.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all reports and submissions are accurate and complete.

Specific objective of the position: Initiate, plan, monitor, control and complete activities according to the project.
Responsible for efficient execution ︃​︁︄︅​︇︆​︁︅︉and completion in accordance with the established objectives.
Must possess a wide range of skills and competencies to navigate the complexity of projects and coordinate diverse teams.
The role involves aid the Project Manager if needed human and financial resources, communicating with stakeholders and managing risks.
Collaborate closely with the beneficiary, supervisor, designer, laboratory and engineers to ensure that the work complies with quality and safety standards.
Must manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that deadlines and contractual specifications are met.
Excellent negotiation and time management to resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
Monitoring all work processes and safety regulations.
Reporting to the Project Manager.
Full comprehension of all correspondence and if needed to support Project Manager within this subject.
