• Ability to quickly learn and comprehend existing complex systems infrastructures
• Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Ability to write Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries to retrieve source data and data issues
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Readiness to support environments remotely while on-call
• Keen attention to detail
• Effective organizational skills
• Very good documentation skills

• Knowledge of warehousing processes and the warehouse management system is an advantage
• Knowledge of the RedPrairie / JDA warehouse management system is an advantage
• Knowledge of RedPrairie / JDA MOCA programing language is an advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle FORMS and REPORTS is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL-server

• Troubleshoots and resolve production database and application issues
• Develops new utilities and tools for company requirements
• Monitors ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︉︃the system performance to ensure that the system has enough resources to continue to process production traffic
• First contact for the warehousing team members about the Warehouse Management Systems MARC-CS and Mainhouse
• Solve incidents that are created in Topdesk for MARC-0CS and Mainhouse
• Monitor processes in MARC-CS and Mainhouse
• Monitor EDI messages in MARC-CS and Mainhouse
• Analyse and correct existing code in MARC-CS and Mainhouse (only when team member is working couple of months on the service desk)
• Part of the standby team
