Data Steward MDM Operations

• Higher vocational level of thinking with relevant experience
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of German or Dutch language would be a distinctive advantage (but not mandatory)
• Clear understanding of analytical tools & strong data-driven mindset
• Excellent Excel working experience
• Capacity for documentation and training on pertinent MDM processes
• Knowledge of data structure and systems would be beneficial
• Intermediate knowledge of MDM systems landscape and AI tooling would be preferred

• Sets up all products in STEP, ensuring all product data is complete and accurate
• Responsible for processing of images ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄for all products
• Uploads collected data attributes in the relevant languages, including the use of SDL memories and Machine Translation
• Optimises / improves product data quality and completeness in line with data model requirements
• Identifies work, process and system improvements to drive operational efficiency across all tasks, as well as development and documentation of processes in Jira Confluence
• Develops and improves auto-linking of items to the respective web hierarchies to bring the item online, including the after-care process to ensure all categories are functioning correctly
• Reviews KPIs, SLAs and quality of work, ensures delivery of tasks in line with deadlines
• Maintains and ensures excellent communication and information links with all relevant teams/departments such as Purchasing and Assortment, Merchandising and Product Marketing, Search and Navigation, Product Content
