Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for candidates with good customer orientation and a positive attitude to join our Level 1 support team for Expert Supplier, an Electronic Data Interchange platform used by over 3500 companies like Metro, Profi Romfood, Romania Hypermarche (Cora), JTI, Coca Cola, Macromex, Heineken, Velpitar, Dr. Oetker, Mondelez, Delaco, Muller, Heidi, etc.

Education/Experience:
- College graduate or final year
- Customer support experience is an advantage
- Technical proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and spoken English

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work to meet the established SLA
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to handle non-standard events

User support for Expert Supplier customers over the phone or by email
Create and assign tickets severity, properly prioritize work ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂activities accordingly and collaborate with other departments/companies to resolve the issues.
Accurate documentation of all the above activities.
The work program is from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, except legal holidays (8 hours + 1 hour break) and you will work in a professional environment along with an excellent IT team.

The salary depends on the level of your general IT knowledge. There is also an annual performance bonus in December and a 100 Euro basket for Easter.
​At our office, our employees have access to coffee, water and fruits, but since the pandemy we are working all from home. We plan to return to the office on a hybrid program, but only when it will be safe to do so.
​We have a yearly team building activity outside Bucharest and a few in town.
