- Guest-centric and positive mindset;
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment;
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and positive approach;
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of humor;
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently;
- English and Romanian communication skills in writing and verbal;
- At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, service, and/or customer experience; hotel receptionist is a big plus.

AT HOMEY YOU WILL
- Be the face of homey, the first point of contact for all our guests mostly via e-mail, chat, and phone;
- Guide guests through the homey experience, ensuring they are able to make the most out of their stay;
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism;
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., light bulb replacements, access to units, wi-fi connectivity, etc.);
- Manage the reservation process from start to finish;
- Coordinate with our city teams to resolve issues on the ground and keep the guests updated;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
- Possibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from the office (Bucharest);
- Availability to work in flexible shifts (day and evening) from Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 free days).
