We’re looking for brand-focused candidates who have an excellent standard of Polish and English to join our Customer Support team in Bucharest.

IMPORTANT! THIS ROLE IS WITH POLISH AND ENGLISH. YOU WILL HANDLE CALLS AND EMAILS BOTH IN POLISH AND ENGLISH.

Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer or employee questions, requests, and issues.
Provide customers with exceptional service by understanding their needs and requirements, offering accurate, thoughtful, and timely solutions.
Have a full understanding of our products and services.
Use knowledge base articles to assist with responses.
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in evaluating problems for customers and employees.

You will help customers with issues regarding paints, washable paints and other DYI products for indoor and outdoor use - how to use them, how to mix them, support for possible issues when using the products and refunds requests, etc.

You will work both on calls and emails

START DATE: ASAP
THE ROLE IS HYBRID - THE TRAINING PERIOD (2 WEEKS) AND 4-6 WEEKS FROM THE OFFICE, THEN 1 WEEK FROM OFFICE, 1 WEEK FROM HOME.
SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00-18:00 RO TIME
TRAINING: 2 WEEKS.
