We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative specializing in Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will assist customers with license inquiries, adding/removing licenses, and provide general guidance on Microsoft 365 services to clients.

TERMS OF THE POSITION:

You will work from home and reside in your location but be a full-time contract ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀employee of eApps Hosting/CloudScale365.

Your working hours will match USA Eastern Time Zone day hours, approximately 9 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern time zone (4 PM – 12:30 AM Romanian time zone). Candidates must be able to work an 8 hour shift each day, Monday through Friday, during these working hours. Candidates that have flexibility in their work hours will be given preference for the position.

You will be paid in US Dollars.

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of client support, managing a diverse range of tasks critical to our customers' success. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries about Microsoft 365 licensing, pricing, and features, as well as processing license changes efficiently. You'll provide basic support for the entire Microsoft 365 suite, assist with account management, and maintain accurate customer records. Collaboration with our technical team to resolve complex issues will be essential. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure high customer satisfaction through expert, timely, and professional support.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) working with Microsoft 365 in a support or administrative capacity

2. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction

3. English – excellent spoken and written English language and communication skills

4. Ability to work U.S. hours (approximately 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST)

5. Proficiency in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Microsoft 365

6. Familiarity with cloud-based services and licensing models

7. Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools

8. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Desirable Skills:

1. Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions

2. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
