PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate ︆︉︋︊︀︌︎︎︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎is a self-confident good English speaker, with high adaptability and meticulosity, structured and organized with a keen eye on details and pleasant to talk to especially over the phone.
The successful candidate should be from Iasi or willing to relocate, as the position is not a remote one , but from our Iasi office.
Must have requirements:
EXPERIENCE: previous experience in customer service and/or taxi industry
SKILLS:medium spoken and written English
attention to detail
proficiency in MS Office
good digital skills (including typing with accuracy
able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
excellent time management skills
able to self-organiseATTITUDES: persuasive, organized, adaptable under stress, reliable, flexible, solution oriented
Nice to have requirements:
EXPERIENCE: other experiences in working with customers and/or in taxi industry
SKILLS: customer service communication techniques
ATTITUDES: patient, friendly, inquisitive, driven to learn
OTHER:Willing to work 5 days/week in morning and afternoon shifts, as well as some weekends and bank holidays

ABOUT THE JOB
The duties will include:
-Operating into an online data dispatch system : answering the phone, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁introducing ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀a booking into the system, verifying that all the details are well written, making sure that all the details are understood by the client, calculating the price for that booking using the company policy
-Maintaining a good communication relationship with the clients on the phone
-Answering phones and inputting information into an online data dispatch system
-Inputting journey details from E-mail bookings into an online data dispatch system
-Operating the booking system effectively
-Dealing with customers queries: by email, phone, live chat
-Answer phone calls, and make calls to ask or give additional information
-Answer and resolve the emails received on the shift.
-Introduce the bookings received on the shift, by email, chat, or phone in the system.
-Resolve the requests received on live chat on the shift
-Communicate with other departments to inform them about all the amendments concerning bookings.
SALARY
The salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
