CRM Marketing Specialist

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a CRM marketing role or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Romanian and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and skilled in HTML and mass email platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement highly engaging marketing campaigns for casino and sportsbook.
KPI driven, with an ability to implement and ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︉︂optimize CRM funnels.
Hands-on experience with at least one automated CRM platform.
Monitor campaign performance KPI; deliver actionable insights to the marketing team.
Keep an up-to-date record of automated campaigns across all relevant platforms.
Ensure accurate segmentation and testing for email distributions.
Work closely with the Head of CRM and team to strategize and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Liaise with legal, design, copywriting, and marketing teams to collect necessary assets for campaign execution.
Define, implement and maintain the campaigns brief
Define, implement and maintain the player segmentation rules
Define, implement and maintain the marketing calendar
Define, implement and maintain the customer life cycles
Prepare monthly reports and attend the company operational meetings
Prepare quarterly competition analysis reports
Constant analysis of the local and international market
Constant research for better marketing tools
Create product specifications for technical team/platform provider
