RECEPTIONIST
Mission?
You are the first person that our guests will meet so they must be in good hands with you! You will be in charge of welcoming them and monitoring their stay at any time of the day (and night :) ).
You ensure all the functions of a personalized and warm welcome 🤩, like preparation of arrivals, check in & check out of individual customers and groups, taking last minute reservations, telephone switchboard, processing of customer requests.
In order to ensure quality customer follow-up, you report information to your hierarchy (complaints, remarks or customer feedback, etc.)
You manage your receipts and are responsible for your cash register; you also verify all existing accounts.
You edit, process and follow up on customer invoices.
Involved in the marketing services, you like to promote our shop (sale and merchandising of products), bar and our events.
With your most beautiful writing you bring out your creative side 👨🎨 and write on the mirrors on each room and activate our elevators with touching messages from the bottom of your soul 😊
The customer experience must be perfect and you guarantee it.

BARTENDER
Mission?
Central #attheMoxy, the bar is an important living space for our customers. Our guests must be in good hands with you.
You ensure the smooth running of a personalized service at the bar: from order taking to collection.
You make and serve cocktails and drinks with expertise and good humor 🍸🍹🤩.
Before that, make sure you set up and restore the bar.
