- Minimum 1 year experience in Workout (files in legal proceedings)

- Knowledge of SAP - is an advantage
- Excellent financial data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Sound knowledge in financial and banking regulations.
- Enable soft - skills: communication, negotiation, ability to analyse and synthesize

We are seeking a talented Analyst monitoring to join our business team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of robust risk-monitoring management initiatives within our organization.
Constant monitoring of associated risk and loan performance to ensure the health of the loan portfolio. Close monitoring of credit performance and customer behavior.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the credit portfolio to assess risk exposure and classify risks like default and concentration risk.
Evaluate creditworthiness by reviewing financial data, assigning ratings, and assessing credit limits.
Monitor borrowers' financial health and detect early warning signs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Prepare reports on credit risk exposure for senior management.
Conduct stress tests to identify vulnerabilities and suggest mitigation strategies.
Review credit files for accuracy and recommend risk mitigation measures like collateral.
Work with underwriting, legal, and compliance teams to assess risks and liaise with borrowers.
Identify delinquent loans and support collections teams in resolution strategies.
Recommend portfolio diversification and assess new lending risks.
Use analytics tools to improve risk assessment.
Help refine credit policies and train staff on best practices.
