Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales
- Previous experience in FMCG – a must
- Solid and verifiable track record of achievement and successfully growing market share and identifying, negotiating/converting and closing deals
- Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
- Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Romanian and English – a must
- Willingness to travel to meet with Clients- Distributors

We are currently recruiting for the position of Country Manager in Romania, Moldova and Hungary. Your responsibilities will be as follows:managing cooperation with current contractors;
- developing sales and budget strategies to maximize area’s sales and profitability;
- identifying, analyzing, forecasting and optimizing sales;
- keeping P&L results within budget;
- managing area stores operations by ensuring the application of merchandising concepts, procedures and best practices in stores;
- advising on marketing policy and strategy;
- monitoring and analyzing market data on the segment, consumers, competitors' activities and the performance of the own product;
- offering and negotiations with KA, DIY, Pharma
- managing distributor’s activities
- close cooperation with distirbutors and tracking
- acquiring new partners in the region
- Control and implementation of marketing and trade marketing policy of the Сompany. · Control of orders and inventory balances in distributors warehouses.
