Country Sales Manager

We look for collegues who will help us to increase our sales in Romania and will be responsible below job descriptions.

• To carry out the necessary preliminary studies and regional budgeting in determining sales targets.
• Contributing to product management with information from sales channels.
• Ensuring that the Customer – Order database is kept up to date (ERP program).
• To manage standard tool sales in the region annually. To support the creation of regional dealerships.
• To evaluate and determine the annual turnover targets of the country according to manufacturing capacity.
• Entering after-sales orders, coordinating production planning, including production and shipping stages, and informing the customer.
• Coordinating logistics processes for timely and complete delivery of product orders.
• Preparing a written quote and ensuring relations with the customer at this stage.
• Ensuring coordination between the sales team and the customer and strengthening customer relations.
• Managing telephone, correspondence, fax and e-mail traffic. To follow all kinds of document flows.
• Providing support to all operational processes of the sales department.
• To maintain the existing customer portfolio and ensure stable portfolio development.
• To monitor product and service quality, monitor customer satisfaction, and participate in field studies regularly and/or when necessary.
• To fulfill other duties assigned by the unit manager and the authorities and responsibilities specified in the quality system documents.
