Corporate Affairs Lawyer

Requirements:

Master Degree in Law;
Legal background in Corporate Law and previous experience is requested
Lawyer attestation will be considered as a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English, the knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus;

Activities:

Preparation, management and maintaining records of the Article of Associations, Joint Venture Agreement & Consortium Agreement, including addendum, ︁︈​︁︉︁​︉︃​︁︈updates and all statutory requirement in coordination with the AFC Manager and the Head Office;
Preparation of Power of Attorney, legalization and attestation in coordination with Head Office;
The convening of Board of Representative, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Steering Committee, recording and preparation of the relevant Minutes of Meeting and Agenda;
Submission of Form and convening with Local Authorities;
Support Contract & Legal team upon request;
