What do we expect from our future colleague:
- 1-3 years of experience - relevant field would be preferable;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a connecting area of study would be a plus;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- English language is required;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and flexibility to intercultural teams;
- Good prioritizing ability and used to operating difficult moments;
- Proactive and open-minded attitude towards new challenges with an agile approach;
Descrierea jobului
The main purpose of the job is support and assist ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈the department members in daily job activities by accomplishing the duties related to the flow of the documents: filling, faxing, mailing, organizing office supplies, etc.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Support and assist the department to ensure effective and reliable assistance to department team members at their request in their daily activities.
- Record, register, issue and manage document flow and system database to ensure correct and accurate documents distribution and booking.
- Manage the department’s correspondence and archiving tasks.
- Follow and respect company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance and implementation.
