Based in ︁︈︁︈︈︁︁︈︂︀Cluj-Napoca, you will review and process a variety of contract-related documents. The successful candidate will assess incoming contract requests for completeness, support the company’s Contracts Counsel in the completion of contract documents, and interact with the company’s internal business stakeholders, attorneys and customers or their representatives, as directed. All of these tasks will be under the direction of the company’s Project Management Office and the company’s Contracts Counsel.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Reviewing and draft various customer-requested documents and forms relating to sales orders. This includes lien waivers, bonds, letters of credit, surveys, supplier qualification questionnaires, customer codes of conduct, certificates of insurance, bank form, order close-out forms.
* Handling the administrative contracting process workflow for customer agreements.
* Handling the company’s insurance profile on various online profiles.
* Assisting business partners with contracts finalization including signature authority, electronic signatures, counterpart signatures, etc.
* Maintaining Excel log of incoming contract requests.
* Uploading contracts and related documents into global contracts database.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* 0-2 years of relevant experience with managing contract database, reviewing, revising, drafting contracts or related documents.
* PC literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Share Point).
* Languages spoken: fluent English (written & spoken); other European language would be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Law degree preferred.
* Knowledge of contracts preferred.
