REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Level – minimum 2 years experience in a construction company
Experience of FIDIC contracts is an advantage
Experience of HG1 contracts is an advantage
Studies - bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (CCIA)
Languages: English mandatory
Knowledge and understanding of construction processes: bidding, contracting, subcontracting, execution, reception, warranty.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, MSProject
Excelent written and spoken communication abilities
Disciplined, organized, responsible, proffesional.

RESPONSABILITIES
Preparing the preliminary documentation related with contract: non-disclosure agreements, protocol of negociations, review of the contract drafts and particular conditions, apendixes to the contract
Preparing the contract drafts and negociation with subcontractors and suppliers
Official correspondence with the subcontractors and suppliers and issuing of official notices (breach of contract, notice of defects, notice of delay, etc)
Following the works in terms of contract compliance, preparing addendums, closing accounts, claims.
Following the contractual requirements in terms of payments and guarantees.
