We are currently hiring for the position of Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement, or a similar role.
Experience in production environments and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, One-Piece Flow, etc.).

Lead and execute specific lean production projects.
Conduct internal analysis, constraint management, one-piece flow production, workplace organization and setup reduction.
Establish and guide lean teams within the organization.
Train and support team members in lean methodologies.
Perform cost-benefit analyses, schedule resources, and optimize processes.
Ensure timely supply of produced and purchased materials in line with lean manufacturing principles.
Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure adherence to company procedures and policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation.
Define goals and objectives, assembling cross-functional teams as needed.
Track action plans, analyze programs, and oversee progress.
Coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure completion and sustainability of improvements.
Support investigations related to quality complaints from clients.
