As a Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Recording Entries: Manage the accurate recording of entries such as accruals, salaries, taxes, fixed assets (FAR), and expense advances.
- Expense Reporting: Review and validate expense reports to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Financial Accuracy: Perform monthly checks to maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
- Cash and Bank Oversight: Monitor, validate, and reconcile cash registers and bank statements.
- Account Inventories: Conduct monthly inventories of accounts to ensure financial clarity.
- Reporting & Closures: Assist the Chief Accountant with monthly closings and provide detailed financial breakdowns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly declarations to ANAF, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Carry out additional accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes in legal requirements and accounting best practices to maintain compliance and improve processes.
