• Bachelor degree in Human Resources/ Legal/ Psychology/Social Science;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment field;
• Fluency English - French would be considered an advantage;
• MS Office knowledge skills;
• Communication and persuasion skills;
• Strong analytical skills; detail orientated;
• Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
• Proactive approach to issues in its area of activity;

• You will work with our clients and run the recruitment process for multiple functions.
• You will manage the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︁​︆︄recruitment process "End-to-End", from activating the requisition, to offering the successful candidates.
• You will identify and source talent across multiple functions and job levels
• Develop process improvements, implement solutions, and share best practices with team members and client partners.
• Lead meetings and to discuss expectations, challenges, and strategies of a recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn and specialized job boards.
• Sell identified and selected candidates to client hiring managers, as well as advise top level candidates on a client's opportunity including culture fit, knowledge gaps and value proposition.
• Negotiate and present compensation packages to candidate for acceptance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
