Candidatul Ideal

• Degree in engineering (University of Technology / University of Applied Sciences) preferably in the field of civil engineering / civil engineering technician;
• First experience in site management as well basic knowledge in project management would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge in MS-Office and SAP;
• Excellent Romanian language skills; good English language skills, German language skills would be an advantage;
• Unrestricted ability to work at height;
• High level of flexibility and geographical mobility as this position requires a great amount of travelling;
• Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• In possession of a driver´s license

• Overall responsibility and management of wind farm construction sites on site for timely,
quality and cost-compliant implementation with the ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀focus of project optimization with the project team as well the relevant subcontractors;
• Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the ENERCON construction site regulations, the applicable HSE standards as well the installation processes by the project participants;
• Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transport within the wind farm;
• Acceptance and invoice approvals for performed services according to quality and cost aspects;
• Support of commercial project management in contract and claim management;
• Continuous internal and external reporting and ensuring complete site documentation;
• Contact person for customer and other involved parties on site
