As a Computer and Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing projects and upgrades delivering Distributed Control Systems’ IT Infrastructure (Servers and Workstations, Networks, Virtualization, Software Deployment, Cybersecurity) for process industries automation (such as Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas and Refining).
In this role, you will undertake project design, implementation, and factory acceptance test phases and will be also responsible for creating documents developed for our customers within our project team according to agreed planning and functional requirements. You will support the Project Team in delivering project-related engineering deliverables, and be responsible for the assigned scope.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* To deliver high-quality engineering solutions for DeltaV DCS and other Emerson Software, including design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and start-up.
* To support Lead Engineers by managing project scope, schedule, and budget, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
* To contribute technical expertise to project teams, ensuring all activities are enforced to company standards and customer requirements.
* To actively share knowledge and best practices with the engineering team and the wider organization.
* To adapt to changing project requirements and fulfill other duties as assigned, while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure project execution, preferably for process industries with good technical knowledge of DCS and/or PLC, System Administration, Virtualization, Cybersecurity, Computer and Network equipment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Proficient in English with a third European language preferred (written and verbal).
* Computer literate (MS Office) with software programming skills.
* Willingness to travel with a European focus mainly for shorter periods (up to 25%) as required.
