Responsibilities:
- Answers to emails regarding aircraft availability and charter quotes
- Addresses multiple simultaneous client requirements/concerns with professionalism
- ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃Supports the Commercial Manager in preparing charter quotes for clients, collaborating with other departments involved (ex: Flight Department, OCC, Planning, Ops Support)
- Validates every charter request in terms of aircraft availability, crew availability and route feasibility by collaborating with the other departments involved
- Contacts handling and fueling companies in order to get the service charges necessary to prepare the charter quotes
- Prepares the Excel charter calculation based on the info provided by Flight Support, Handlers and Fuel Service Providers + other departments involved (ex: Planning Department)
- Manages the airline’s social media pages (ex: LinkedIn, Instagram) by posting content periodically
- Supports the Commercial Manager in preparing airline presentation/marketing materials
- Supports the Commercial Manager and IT Manager in updating the website content or posting relevant new content
- Exercises flexibility to perform other duties as required
- Be proactive and responsible for the follow up on sales leads
- Build, maintain and develop customer relationship with airlines, brokers, agencies
- Identify new business opportunities
