Overview of the position:
To enhance the recruitment efforts for our commercial department we seek a results-driven professional with a strong sales acumen and a strategic talent acquisition approach.
Responsibilities:
· Source, attract, and hire top-tier buyers and prospectors for our commercial team.
· Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to bring in high-performing commercial professionals.
· Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ commercial abilities, and ensure the perfect fit for our business needs.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
· Use innovative sourcing methods, including networking, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
· Building strategic partnerships with local market stakeholders for recruitment success: local business associations, engaging universities & business schools, partnering with recruitment agencies, engaging local influencers & industry leaders, accessing local online & offline job communities, leveraging local media & PR channels.
· Representing the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
· Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
