Collections Officer

1+ years of work experience in collections, contact centers or related industry
Previous similar experience with dialing apps and/ or collection managing systems
Good negotiation skills
Basic level of English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to effectively communicate to a diverse audience
Problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Confident, driven and results oriented

Deliver high efficiency and performance while ensuring high quality and company protocols are in place when contacting customers that are ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈past due via phone calls, emails, chats
Negotiating and motivating customers to repay their debts
Interview reasons for delays in payments
Constant monitoring of payment agreements
Finding and updating data to debtors (skip tracing)
Registering collections activities in computer programs
Display understanding of collections processes, legislation & regulations, market trends and industry best practices Other tasks assigned by the Collections Team Leader
