Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree;
Fluent English (at least B2);
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and written) with end-users;
Basic knowledge of cloud computing;
Basic understanding of Cloud concepts and Service Level Objectives (SLOs);
Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems;
Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, SFTP, HTTP(s), DNS, SMTP, Proxy, etc.);
Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational environment;
Analytical skills.

Nice to have:
1 year+ experience in a similar field;
Basic knowledge of Kubernetes;
Experience with ticketing platforms (Salesforce, JIRA, etc.);
Experience with customer care;
Experience with PowerShell/Bash/Shell scripting;
Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.);
Basic understanding of the CI/CD pipeline;
Experience with cloud platforms (preferred Microsoft Azure).

Descrierea jobului

Your focus will be placed on the cloud infrastructure.
This position implies working in 12 hour-shifts (24x7) with 4-5 days ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁off in between.
The working schedule is 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 -- during training, you will work 8 hours/day, from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
Night and weekend working hours have differentiated pay (125%).

Your Role:
Respond to incidents and participate in root cause analysis;
Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure system functionality and uptime;
Apply Cloud Infrastructure practices and procedures to our services to improve reliability and keep the SLOs met;
Provide technical assistance to our customers;
Perform configuration management in production and non-production cloud environments.

We do outsourcing work for companies in Western Europe. 100% of our work is contracts with non-domestic companies. Over the years we perfected our system of being in-house while working on a different time-zone. And we think we got it right.
