Qualifications:

University degree in Industrial and Agricultural Civil Constructions or Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of work experience or 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (medium/advanced). Microsoft Project knowledge is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
High level of commitment, flexibility, responsibility, and integrity
Meticulousness and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
Ability to work independently and demonstrate perseverance and initiative in fulfilling tasks and objectives
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Coordinate and supervise the performance of resistance structure works in accordance with the project execution plans
Prepare the necessary materials ︃︂︁︂︄︆︅︃for carrying out various stages of execution
Check the quality of the executed works to ensure compliance with standards
Analyze and communicate any non-conformities in the execution plans to the project manager and designer
Participate in weekly coordination and progress meetings
Prepare and review monthly work statements
Draft and send necessary reports to the site manager
Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure adherence to the execution schedule for timely project completion
Ensure and monitor subcontractors' compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations (Law 319/2006) and fire safety provisions
Maintain confidentiality of project-related information
Comply with internal regulations and procedures
Perform any other tasks required for the natural flow of work and respond to management's requests (at all levels of specialization)
