Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan and lead its robust ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︀execution.
- Translate strategy into clear actionable goals for performance and growth of the company.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Scout for business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to drive growth.
- Establish and monitor key management performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the strategic plan’s implementation.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial sustainability.
- Foster a team culture that is aligned with the unique Tucano ethos, empowering and engaging the management team to nurture this spirit.
- Build, retain, and nurture high-performing teams that contribute to the continuous growth and success of Tucano.
- Promote and uphold a work environment that resonates with the values of the Tucano brand, emphasizing diversity, respect, integration, and ethics.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in the HORECA industry or franchising, with a track record of effectively expanding and growing a business.
- Visionary thinker with the ability to see the big picture, carry a strategic vision, and also understand detailed operational aspects.
- A positive leader who values diversity and knows how to foster a climate of trust and authenticity.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convince and influence others in a constructive manner.
- Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on courageous, data-driven choices and clear communication.
