- Certified as an Expert Accountant in compliance with the Romanian legislation;
- University Degree in Accounting;
- At least 5 years of Experience as Chief accountant;
- Experience in multinational environment;
- Ability to prioritize work and perform tasks effectively;
- Team work;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Personal responsibility, confidentiality, loyalty and correctness;
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks;
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and experience in data processing and summarization;
- Proficient English is mandatory;

Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting;
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and analysis;
- Review and approve journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning;
- Prepare and submit all statements and declarations, required by law within the provisioned deadlines;
- Responsible for all payroll activities;
- Responsible for tax compliance;
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements;
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Prepares all monthly management reporting within the agreed deadlines;
- Maintain and monitor the application of internal controls processes and procedures;
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions and initiatives;
- Mentor, coach, and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities;
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in financial management processes;
- Work with accounting program (Expert accounts), MS Office, ERP and other software;
- Performs other tasks, assigned by the management team;
