Education / Certifications:
University degree with relevant education / courses in accounting,
Accounting certificates – advantage.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of accountant experience in the international environment;
Practical knowledge of Romanian tax regulations;
Experience in running unit accounting activities;
Experience in SSC or an audit company is an advantage;
Experience in the Pharma industry (CHC) is an advantage.
Languages:
English – fluent business communication level - required
Key Technical Competencies Required
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations;
Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Accounting systems, MS Dynamics 365 – advantage;
IFRS understanding;
Accounting principles knowledge.
Soft Skills:
Accuracy, diligence, teamwork;
Ability to work within multi-unit and multi-tasking environment;
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Our colleague will perform accounting activities with the support and supervision of CEE Chief Accountant:
Verifies sales invoices issued, ensure timely settlements;
Books purchase service invoices, book T&E expenses in accordance with local regulations and group accounting policies (including cost centers);
Reconciles vendor and customer balances;
Prepares bank transfers, book transfers upon completion;
Books bank statements, accruals, prepayments, payroll, inventory movements;
Performs period end close (month, year) for all units in scope, verifying and reconciliation the accounting records;
Conducts fix asset register and monitor depreciation; active involvement in local inventory process;
Prepares month-end analysis for opex;
Verification of documents for compliance with procedures;
Cooperation with local accounting firms, auditors from the Cluster when needed.
