Campus Supervisor - Perisani, Jud. Valcea

Webuild is a multinational construction company, specialized in infrastructure, using the latest technologies. We have an extensive portfolio of projects, one of which is the construction of the Highway Sibiu-Pitesti, with a total distance of 67 km.
We are looking for colleagues to join the Campus Supervisor position, the activity will take place in the campus area located in Perisani, Ramnicu Valcea county.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and productive living environment for our workforce.

Main responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of camp operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and security.
Ensure the camp is fully functional and well-maintained, addressing any issues promptly.
Develop work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
Provide a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all camp residents.
Address and resolve any resident concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Organize recreational and social activities to promote a positive community atmosphere.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food, supplies, and other essential items.
Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement process to avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency drills to ensure preparedness.
Serve as the primary point of contact between camp residents, project management, and company leadership.
Provide regular reports on camp operations, issues, and resident welfare to the Project Manager.

Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification
Leadership, strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project demands.
Fluency in English is a must.
The role is based on-site at the camp, with a requirement to be available for on-call duties as needed.
