C# .NET Software Developer (jr/mid/sr)

The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to perpetually hone their technical, soft and managerial skills and is happy to work in a team oriented environment. They must be eager to execute new ideas, stay current with the latest technologies and help develop products that support profitable growth.

JUNIOR
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Software Engineering

Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms

Strong knowledge of Geometry and generic Math skills

Proven programming experience in C# or a similar OOP language (personal projects)

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Experience with 3D Engines or Graphics (OpenGL, Unity, Unreal etc.) is a plus


MID
Strong and current commercial programming experience in C# (minimum of 2 years)

Experience with WPF or web applications with ASP.NET/.NET Core

Experience with agile development and test driven development

Availability to help and mentor junior colleagues

Knowledge of Three.js and WebGL is a plus


SENIOR
Strong and current commercial programming experience in C# (minimum of 5 years)

Experience with 3D Engines or Graphics (OpenGL, Unity, Unreal etc.) is required

Experience with robotics software development is a plus

Responsibilities
Complete lifecycle development using structured design methodologies (test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, scrum)

Manage software QA & QC

Participate in the code review process

Mentor and coach junior developers (Senior and Mid developers)

Take ownership and deliver results

Robust ability to plan and give estimated timelines

Control DevOps process

Follow the source control processes

Develop new functionality for the product line

Engineer, develop, test and maintain Windows services and applications

Diagnose, fix bugs and write unit tests to validate the solution

Communicate with the internal staff to gain a clear understanding of the voice of the customer

Rapid delivery of quality software using Agile development methodology

Work effectively within a cross-functional team to deliver quality products
