Astfel, vei gasi in Vodafone o echipa unita care are drept scop oferirea unei experiente pozitive clientilor in functie de nevoile fiecaruia.
Responsabilitatile tale:
- interactiunea cu clientii business, identificarea nevoilor, consilierea si comunicarea cu acestia;
- dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii business, gestionarea bazelor existente si identificarea de noi clienti;
- atragerea clientilor noi in portofoliu pein activitati specifice: hunting, recomandari, etc.;
- urmarirea evolutiei fiecarui cont in sensul de a propune in permanenta cele mai potrivite solutii de comunicare;
- furnizarea informatiilor necesare despre functionarea si utilizarea produselor si serviciilor Vodafone;
- verificarea integritatii, completarea contractului si a actelor aditionale, facturarea si completarea certificatului de garantie, preluarea si trimiterea in service a echipamentelor;
- realizarea analizelor de vanzari si a rapoartelor.
