Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the market and identifies strategic investment opportunities that align with the company's objectives;
- Develops a network of contacts to obtain relevant information and insights regarding investment opportunities;
- Maintains strong communication with KRUK Group’s business partners in the Romanian market to ensure an efficient portfolio evaluation process for potential acquisitions;
- Develops strategic investment plans at the local level;
- Monitors and manages the strategic investment portfolio;
- Continuously seeks to automate/digitalize existing processes within their area of responsibility;
- Provides weekly updates to top management on recorded results and proposes improvements, ensuring the implementation of these proposals.
Requirements:
- Experience in the debt recovery/banking industry - at least 5 years;
- Experience in investments, sales, strategic consulting, or similar roles in the financial sector - at least 5 years;
- University degree, preferably in economics;
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- High level of initiative and customer orientation;
- Advanced English language proficiency.
