If you are considering the challenge of a new role in a rapidly growing global company, Endurance Lift Solutions International Romania located, is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in oil and gas industry, and a “can-do spirit” to deliver excellent results. You will be responsible for uncovering and developing brand new international business opportunities, also in our region and be unique in the way you approach your future clients, as well as becoming a trusted and best-in class partner to delivering solutions.

Key Activities:
- Planning – Uncover new customers, business opportunities and leads. Create innovative and comprehensive territory blueprints and strategies ︁︈︂︂︂︁︈︂︃︄to approach new clients.
- Evaluating – Listen and understand customer’s needs and requirements whilst introducing and presenting them the best solutions we offer.
- Delivering - Skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from the scratch to closing the deal. Thorough consultative value selling, design customer-centered solutions and build commercial proposals. Deliver sales activity to meet or exceed sales & margin targets.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build strong, long term valuable relationships with your clients, where you will become a trusted partner.
- Internal Relationship Building – ELSI’s internal team to capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborate across all internal teams to ensure we provide the best solution to our customers.
- Diploma or degree level or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills, to run successful meetings.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Build and manage relationships with senior level stakeholders and global teams.
- Fluent in English as well as proficiency in language/s of assigned territory.
- Solid knowledge of the B2B buying process, key competitors, and industry trends.• Relevant and recent experience in B2B services sales - a minimum of 5 years;
- A good understanding of technical complexes
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities.
