Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, Global Sales Management, investors relations, partnerships, or a related role, in fintech or financial services. Web3 knowledge and proven experience – big advantage.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing business partnerships and collaborations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in negotiating contracts, deals, and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech and web3 industries is a significant advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:
  • Identify, find, build, and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions, liquidity providers, PSP’s, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂potential business partners and investors globally.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and strategic vision.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all external business collaborations, representing the company’s interests in negotiations and strategic discussions.
2. Investor Relations:
  • Lead engagement with investors, managing ongoing relationships and identifying new opportunities for funding and investment.
  • Present business proposals, investment decks, and financial projections to potential investors and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided in a timely manner.
3. Market Expansion and Growth:
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets, identifying key business opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the CEO to execute business plans that drive growth, innovation, and market presence.
  • Monitor trends within the fintech and web3 industries to ensure the company remains competitive and capitalizes on emerging opportunities.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal) to ensure that partnership initiatives are implemented effectively and meet the company’s standards.
  • Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure all agreements, contracts, and partnerships are compliant with regulations.
5. Business Strategy and Roadmap Execution:
  • Work with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s business development strategy, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Support the CEO in strategic decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure that all partnerships contribute to the long-term goals of the company, including revenue generation, brand positioning, and global presence.
6. Event Participation and Networking:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building a strong network of contacts and potential partners.
  • Organize and participate in business development activities, including roadshows, meetings, and presentations to key stakeholders.
7. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop KPIs and track the success of business development efforts, providing regular updates to the CEO and senior management.
  • Prepare business development reports, market analysis, and progress updates to keep all stakeholders informed of ongoing initiatives and results.
