- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred; specialization in Economy, Management, Social Sciences represent an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Expand the company’s client portfolio by leveraging industry trends and market opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Participate in sales meetings and pitches, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Understand and analyze customer development needs; tailor solutions that align with their goals;
- Transform client needs into compelling commercial proposals and send / present them to our customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Properly document in CRM or other platforms details about accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities.
- Draft contracts, annex, invoices, and makes sure that the “administrative” communication with the customers is fluid and up to date.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, grow trust and repeat business.
- Engage in cold calling and other lead generation activities to create new business prospects.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators.
- Propose and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes based on performance data and market feedback.
