The Business Development and Clients Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀partnerships, and expanding our client portfolio. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
  • Expand the company’s client portfolio by leveraging industry trends and market opportunities.

Sales Execution:
  • Participate in sales meetings and pitches, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
  • Understand and analyze customer development needs; tailor solutions that align with their goals;
  • Transform client needs into compelling commercial proposals and send / present them to our customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Properly document in CRM or other platforms details about accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities.
  • Draft contracts, annex, invoices, and makes sure that the “administrative” communication with the customers is fluid and up to date.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, grow trust and repeat business.
  • Engage in cold calling and other lead generation activities to create new business prospects.

Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators.
  • Propose and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes based on performance data and market feedback.
