Business Coordination Analyst

• University degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a global environment
• Foreign Languages: English – advanced
• Specific knowledge; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office applications (mainly Excel and Power point)

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• IT tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Professional experience not exceeding two years
• Passion for the Oil&Gas business, curiosity, analytical skills, flexibility and willingness to work in a multicultural environment

• Carrying out preliminary strategic analysis for a RFQ and launching several processes such as delivery allocation, product ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂and logistics costs, technical product analysis, contractual terms and conditions, tax implications, HSE related issues and credit queries to several Tenaris departments and if applicable, quotation requests to suppliers.
• Analysing the info received by other departments and, together with CFE, proposing a pricing strategy to address the inquiry.
• Preparing a ready to print offer for submission to customer in accordance with RFQ requirements, including all technical and contractual deviations and any additional information and documents as requested.
• Registering offers in TS transactional systems and managing updates during the different stages of business.
• The scope is focused on a group of accounts with similarities in terms of business culture, practices, competitive environment.
