Candidatul Ideal

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of HR processes to join our team for Phase 2 of a Workday implementation project. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and streamlining HR processes to ensure successful integration with Workday.

How we picture you:
  • Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Work Experience - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in HR process documentation and Workday implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
    • Experience in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, SAP Signavio Lucidchart, or similar.
    • Previous experience with Workday HCM implementation (configuration, testing, and training).
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative project environment.
    • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations as they relate to Workday.

HR Process Documentation:
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand current business processes, workflows, and requirements related to Workday HR modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.).
  • Document existing HR processes in a clear, concise, and structured format, using flowcharts, process maps, and detailed written descriptions.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current HR processes and the capabilities of Workday, providing recommendations for process improvements or re-engineering.
Workday Implementation Support:
  • Work closely with Workday implementation teams (technical and functional) to ensure HR processes are well-defined and translated into Workday configurations.
  • Assist in defining functional requirements for Workday modules, ensuring alignment with HR strategies and business goals.
  • Identify and document any customizations or system configurations required for Workday implementation to meet business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with HR leaders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to gather information, validate process designs, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to review process documentation, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in HR workflows through Workday integration.
  • Propose best practices and innovative solutions for HR operations, leveraging Workday’s capabilities to enhance HR service delivery.
Training and Change Management Support:
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user guides based on documented HR processes.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and Workday functionalities within the HR team and across the organization.
