- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and achieving measurable KPIs.
- A balance of analytical skills and a creative mindset, with a strong commercial and strategic perspective.
- Hands-on experience in product development and familiarity with tools like Nielsen or similar market data platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering from concept to completion.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to inspire internal stakeholders with compelling brand plans.
- A high level of autonomy, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics, business needs, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in English and Romanian.
- Personal leadership qualities: a proactive approach, a passion for identifying opportunities, and the ability to inspire those around you.

As a Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead in executing the brand strategy for our beloved brands: Milka, Toblerone, and Poiana, across the bars, pralines, and seasonal products portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing product and packaging initiatives that resonate with consumers.
- Implementing pricing strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing communications and media campaigns.
- Collaborating with teams to shape and execute commercial plans and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Using consumer insights, brand positioning, and strategy to create compelling 360-degree campaigns that inspire and engage.
