✅ 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in B2B or partnerships (experience in the health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus).
✅ A hunter mentality – you proactively find and reach the right decision-makers.
✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue.
✅ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals quickly.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
✅ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a “get things done” attitude.
✅ Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance start-up environment.
✅ Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
✅ Fluent in Romanian, with a good command of English.

🔹 Conduct engaging sales pitches and presentations to potential partners.
🔹 Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our tailored supplements and solutions.
🔹 Negotiate and close deals quickly, securing new partnerships to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
3. Relationship Management
🔹 Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
🔹 Provide ongoing support to partners to maximize engagement and loyalty.
🔹 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Pipeline & Performance Tracking
🔹 Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
🔹 Track key sales metrics and report on performance.
5. Market Research & Collaboration
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
🔹 Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
