Candidatul Ideal
Follow the work instructions of breakdown repairs for removing the breakdowns.
Fill the maintenance/ breakdown form when making repairs/interventions.
Following the directions for eliminating the breakdowns.
Coordinate the continuous improvement activities with the team.
Follow curative, preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment's as planned.
Analyze and monitor all data on equipment operation.
Analysis of the causes of defects, their diagnosis, determining the type and how to remove failures and deficiencies.
Assist in the installation of new equipment's.
Follow the usage and consumption of spare parts and recording to the system
Support in following the indicators (DT, MTTR , MTBF).
Monthly analyze of the downtimes in the plant.
Create the critical spare parts list for the new equipment's and assure minimum stock.
Follow the maintenance indicators according targets.
Descrierea jobului
- Associate degree or equivalent in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Technician ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automated systems, PLC programming, and industrial control systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Availably to work in 3 shifts.
