Candidatul Ideal
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package, mainly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good command of English;
- Data driven person;

Descrierea jobului
- Support Commercial team in everyday tasks;
- Timely upload of information in the ︈ dedicated ︅︂︁︅︂︀︀︁︆︇software interfaces;
- Preparing reports for commercial team;
- Respecting the predefined deadlines;
- Prepare, insert and maintain accurate/ update data in back-office systems;
- Check data and follow up with the team in order to have accurate information in the system;
- Understand, analyze and interpret market data information;
- Contract mаnаgеmеnt: corresponding with suppliers, getting аppropriаtе signаturеs, filling of contrаcts, monitoring of contrаcting stages;
- Check and follow-up with suppliers for : invoices,deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments.
- Keeping and maintaining the BU's archive of e-documents.
