Candidatul Ideal
Assistant manager/ Office Manager is responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.
From your part we need:
o Experience as Assistant Manager/ Office Manager (administrative skills, logistics, procurement, protocol)
o PC operating skills (Word/ Excel, E-mail, Smart Bill)
o Knowledge of the English language – intermediate level
o Organizational skills and ability to work quickly with data
o Flexibility and discretion;
o Adaptability
o Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
o Organizational skills
o Problem solving skills
Descrierea jobului
• organizing meetings and managing databases
• booking transport and accommodation
• ordering goods for the office - when needed
• dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• preparing letters, presentations and reports for the office and for top managment
• managing office budgets and for technical team
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients (will operate with SmartBill application)
• implementing and maintaining procedures/ office administrative systems
• Manages merchandise for playgrounds, invoices and commissions (manages products in the warehouse)
