Candidatul Ideal
In addition to being adaptable and having a positive mindset, there is a particular set of skills we expect from an ideal candidate:
Has a university degree (Architecture, Interior Design);
Speaks English very well, Polish (welcome);
Uses software: REVIT (welcome), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and/or Corel;
Is characterized by very good work organization ;
Category B driver's license holder;
Has experience in working in the MS Project environment (welcome);

We believe that setting expectations is an important key to success and productivity, so there is a short ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀list of things we expect from you:
Develop conceptual and detailed designs for new retail stores, renovations, and expansions;
Spatial analysis of new locations for stores;
Collaborate with the design team to create store layouts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance the customer experience;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and local ordinances;
Maximize the use of retail space to balance aesthetic appeal with functionality;
Design layouts that accommodate product displays, fitting rooms, and customer flow;
Consider storage and backroom spaces in design plans to ensure efficient inventory management;
Work closely with project managers, visual merchandisers, and store operations teams to integrate architectural designs with merchandising and branding strategies;
Collaborate with external contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure successful project execution;
Implement eco-friendly and cost-effective design solutions where possible;
Ensure all design and construction projects adhere to health, safety, and accessibility regulations;
Mitigate potential design risks and resolve issues related to construction safety or structural concerns.
