Lead and manage the performance of multiple retail stores in your area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Implement and drive business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a consistent brand experience across all locations.
Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to store managers and employees, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform at their best.
Monitor store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure timely and effective communication between stores and upper management regarding performance, trends, customer feedback, and operational needs.
Oversee staff performance evaluations, identify training needs, and coordinate development opportunities for employees.
Address and resolve any operational issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure each store's compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as a role model of exceptional leadership, behavior, and performance within your region.
