1. Collaboration with Business Development:
- Develop digital space measurements and layouts for offices, sanitary, and social areas.
- Create commercial layouts, 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
- Prepare graphical annexes for rental contracts.
- Design signage and graphic materials.
- Provide technical support to the Business Development team.
- Conduct design reviews and provide input on pre-development projects.
- Estimate project quantities and budgets for new concepts and tenants.
- Maintain and update the internal portfolio (parks, buildings, tenants, and available areas).
- Identify innovative and cost-effective design improvements for both interior and exterior projects.
- Propose value-engineered solutions to optimize project timelines and costs.
- Develop new standards for building specifications, materials, and refurbishment projects.
- Support the construction team with technical expertise.
- Review technical documentation before submission to authorities.
- Provide technical support to the permitting team to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Measure and prepare quantity estimates for project budgets.
- Develop technical documentation for design tenders.
- Negotiate design-related contracts and offers.
- Support the procurement team with technical insights.
- Analyze zoning regulations and urban planning indicators for potential new locations.
