What We Expect from You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce (or other relevant financial systems)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset and a team-oriented spirit

- Updating and maintaining vendor and customer master data
- Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Modifying payment terms as needed
- Managing dunning letters and collection efforts
- Handling bank statements and monitoring transactions
- Processing expense reports and vendor payments
- Managing AP/AR aging reports and assisting with impairment assessments
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures
