Application Support Team Coordinator

• 1 -2 years previous experience in ERP.
• 1-2 years experience working with users/customers from other countries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for user training and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to team management and task optimization.

• Organize and distribute team activities to ensure workload balance.
• Review and refine processes and procedures in collaboration with the team.
• Assist with the recruitment and evaluation of new team members.
• Prepare regular activity reports (monthly/quarterly) and administrative reports as needed.

• Provide technical assistance for ERP applications (JD Edwards, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Address and resolve complex technical issues and incidents.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Global Support Manager to optimize customer support levels.
• Train and guide users to maximize application functionality.
• Validate and test data to optimize project databases.

• Create and update technical procedures, user guides, and reports.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and reflects system updates.
• Support audit processes by creating ad hoc documentation.

• Work closely with analysts and development teams to enhance database systems.
• Perform tasks assigned by direct management in compliance with job responsibilities and legal requirements.
