Our in-store Hospitality Corner offers customers a curated selection of premium beverages and light refreshments to elevate their shopping journey.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Barista to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee and service, with a flair for hospitality and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista,
• Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including espresso machines and brewing methods,
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service, with an eye for detail,
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor,
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a dynamic retail setting,
• A love for design, luxury, and creating memorable experiences for customers,
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to our clientele,
• Deliver exceptional customer service in ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈line with the store’s luxury brand,
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere,
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Hospitality Corner, ensuring a pristine environment at all times,
• Manage stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and refreshments, coordinating with suppliers when necessary,
• Suggest beverages and treats to complement the customers’ shopping experience,
• Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations,
• Collaborate with store staff to create a seamless experience for customers between the retail and hospitality spaces.
